I would love to share my WIP this week – a sculpture that I entered into Grayson’s Art Club this week for the theme of ‘Work’.
So excited to share how this piece turned out as I am trying something I’ve always wanted to try.. You’ll have to wait and see what it is though so make sure to follow not to miss out! For now you can see the beginning progress with a wired armature to get the proportions setup before bulking out the shape with clay. To make these I used various thicknesses of wires, shaping out the figures and on the larger using two part milliput clay to solidify the bonds and to shape some of the larger parts that can be bulked out before sculpting the details onto the armatures.
